Ethical AI Policy

How we build, use, and recommend AI responsibly.

Brave Concept AI orbital figure representing ethical AI principles

Transparency

Brave Concept AI discloses when AI is used in our products and services. The Human-AI Readiness and Risk Assessment is scored using an AI system. Every report is reviewed by our team before delivery. We include a disclosure statement in every report and email communication explaining how AI was involved in generating the output. We do not present AI-generated content as human-written without disclosure.

Human Oversight

Every AI-generated output in our workflow passes through human review before reaching a client. Our scoring agent operates under a versioned system prompt with documented rules, weights, and thresholds. No AI system in our pipeline makes final decisions about client communications, recommendations, or report delivery without human approval. We maintain a manual review gate between report generation and email delivery.

Data Privacy

Brave Concept AI does not sell or share respondent data. Assessment responses are processed through secured third-party systems for report generation and delivery. We collect only the information needed to generate your report: name, business email, company information, and question responses. We do not use respondent data to train AI models. We do not share respondent data with third parties for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for complete details.

Fairness and Bias

We designed the assessment scoring methodology to evaluate organizational readiness, not individual performance. Questions are written in plain language accessible to non-technical business leaders. The scoring framework applies consistent weights across all respondents regardless of industry, company size, or role. We review our methodology regularly to identify and address potential sources of bias in question framing, score interpretation, and persona assignment.

Accountability

Tony Moreno, Founder and CEO of Brave Concept AI, is personally accountable for the ethical standards of every product and service the firm delivers. Our scoring methodology is documented, versioned, and testable. Every version change is logged with the specific rules that changed and why. If a client identifies an issue with their report or has concerns about how AI was used in their engagement, they can contact us directly at info@braveconcept.ai.

Continuous Improvement

We treat ethical AI practice as an ongoing discipline, not a one-time policy. We update our scoring methodology based on research, client feedback, and changes in the AI landscape. We document every version change. We apply the same human-centered principles to our own operations that we recommend to our clients. This policy was last updated March 2026.
