Is the assessment really free?
Yes. The Human-AI Readiness and Risk Assessment is completely free. There is no credit card required, no trial period, and no automatic enrollment in any paid service. Brave Concept AI offers the assessment as a standalone tool that any business leader can use without obligation. How long does it take?
Most people complete the assessment in 10 to 12 minutes. There are approximately 25 questions organized into six sections. Each question uses a simple five-point scale. You do not need to prepare anything in advance.
What do I get when I finish?
You receive a personalized six-page report delivered to your business email address within minutes. The report includes your overall readiness score on a scale of one to five, a maturity persona, scored results for each of the six dimensions, your top opportunities and key challenges, three specific recommended next steps, a convergence outlook, and an industry benchmark comparison.

This includes CEOs, Operations Directors, HR Leaders, IT Leaders, Finance Leaders, and General Managers. It is built for leaders who are responsible for how AI is adopted in their organization, whether they are technical or not.
What does the assessment actually measure?
The assessment measures organizational readiness for AI adoption across six weighted dimensions: Human Connection and Customer Trust at 25 percent, How Work Gets Done at 20 percent, Team Comfort and Learning at 15 percent, Oversight and Decision Control at 25 percent, Tools and Information at 5 percent, and Rules and Responsibility at 10 percent. It also evaluates three emerging risk indicators separately: Agentic Governance, Emotional Outsourcing Awareness, and Oversight Transparency.
Is my data safe?
Yes. Brave Concept AI does not sell or share your data. Your responses are processed through secured third-party systems for report generation and delivery. The assessment collects only the information needed to generate your report: your name, business email, company information, and your question responses. What happens after I take the assessment?
After you submit the assessment, you will receive your personalized six-page report by email within minutes. There is no automatic sales follow-up. Can I take it more than once?
Yes. You can retake the assessment at any time. If you submit using the same email address, your previous report will be updated with your new responses rather than creating a duplicate record.
How is the report generated?
The report is generated using AI and reviewed by the Brave Concept AI team before delivery. The scoring methodology was designed by Tony Moreno based on 20 years of UX research expertise. The system uses a weighted scoring formula across six dimensions to calculate your overall readiness score and assigns one of four maturity personas based on your score profile.
