Information We Collect
When you complete the Human-AI Readiness and Risk Assessment, we collect: your first name, last name, and business email address; your company name, role, company size, and industry; your responses to approximately 25 assessment questions; and your stated business priority. We do not collect personal financial information, social security numbers, or health information.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to: generate your personalized assessment report, deliver the report to your business email address, and improve our assessment methodology over time through aggregate analysis. We do not use your individual responses to train AI models. We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not share your individual responses with other organizations.
Third-Party Services
Your assessment data is processed through the following third-party services: Tally for form collection, Anthropic Claude for AI-powered scoring, PDFMonkey for report generation, Airtable for secure data storage, and Resend for email delivery. Each service processes data under their own privacy policies and security standards. We select vendors that meet our standards for data security and privacy.
Data Storage and Security
Assessment data is stored in Airtable with access restricted to authorized Brave Concept AI team members. We use scoped API tokens with minimum necessary permissions. Data is transmitted over encrypted connections. We do not store assessment data on local devices.
Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your assessment data at any time by contacting info@braveconcept.ai. We will respond to data requests within 30 days. You may request that we delete your assessment record and associated report. Deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed.
Cookies and Tracking
The Brave Concept AI website uses minimal cookies necessary for basic functionality. We do not use tracking cookies for advertising purposes. Third-party embeds such as Tally and Calendly may set their own cookies under their respective privacy policies.
