What Is the Human-AI Readiness Assessment

The Human-AI Readiness and Risk Assessment is a free 10-minute online assessment designed for SMB and mid-market business leaders at organizations with 10 to 500 employees. It evaluates organizational readiness for AI adoption across six dimensions: Human Connection and Customer Trust, How Work Gets Done, Team Comfort and Learning, Oversight and Decision Control, Tools and Information, and Rules and Responsibility. Each dimension is weighted differently based on its impact on AI adoption success, with Human Connection and Customer Trust carrying the highest weight at 25 percent. Upon completion the respondent receives a personalized six-page report delivered to their business email address within minutes. The report includes an overall readiness score, a maturity persona, top opportunities, key challenges, three specific next steps, and a convergence outlook identifying the AI forces most likely to affect their industry.

How the Assessment Works

The Human-AI Readiness and Risk Assessment was designed by Tony Moreno, founder of Brave Concept AI, based on 20 years of UX research experience. Respondents answer approximately 25 questions organized into six scored sections. Questions use a five-point Likert scale ranging from not true today to always true. Scores are weighted and combined to produce an overall readiness score on a scale of one to five. The scoring agent assigns one of four maturity personas: Workflow Firefighter, Cautious Optimizer, Tool-Curious Explorer, or Human-First Builder. Three risk indicators are evaluated separately from the scored dimensions: Agentic Governance, Emotional Outsourcing Awareness, and Oversight Transparency. The resulting report is generated using AI and reviewed by the Brave Concept AI team before delivery.

Why This Matters

See Where You Actually Stand

Most leaders are operating on gut feel when it comes to AI. The assessment gives you a scored, structured picture of where your business is ready and where it is not.

Catch the Risks Before They Catch You

The report flags governance gaps, oversight blind spots, and agentic AI exposure specific to how your business operates today, before they become real problems.

Walk Away With a Real Plan

You get three prioritized next steps written for your industry, company size, and role. Not generic advice. A starting point you can actually use.
